Cancellation Policy
Private Training Policy By booking or purchasing any Private Online Training session or package, you agree to the following policy: 1. Booking Eligibility & Weekly Review Requirement Weekly private training sessions are available only after the client has completed a minimum of three (3) HIIT IT HARD classes within the same week. Completion is defined as full participation in each class. Clients who do not complete the required three (3) classes will not be eligible to book a private training session for that week. Weekly review sessions are designed to evaluate performance, progress, and technique based on completed class participation. Missed or incomplete classes do not carry over to future weeks. Failure to meet the class completion requirement does not qualify for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. 2. Booking & Activation Private training packages are considered activated once any private session is booked or completed. Once activated, packages become subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined below. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling All private training sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the loss of that session credit. Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show) will result in the automatic forfeiture of the session credit. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 4. Refund Policy Private training packages are non-refundable once any private session has been used. A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase only if: No private sessions have been booked or completed, and The package has not been activated in any way. Partial refunds are not permitted. 5. Session Expiration All private training sessions must be used within the package validity period stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions remaining after expiration will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or extension. 6. Non-Transferability Private training sessions and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. 7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring a stable internet connection.
