Kilates is a powerful blend of kickboxing and Pilates — designed to build strength, agility, and control in one dynamic class. You will move through strikes, drills, sculpting exercises, and deep core activation, challenging your body with precision and flow. Now, we are taking it to the rooftop. Join us at Chelsea Pier 57, overlooking the Hudson River and Little Island as the sunset lights up the sky. There is nothing like moving outdoors — breathing with the wind, finding your rhythm against the river’s glow, and letting the golden light recharge you from the inside out. Kilates at sunset is more than a workout. It is an experience. Move stronger. Feel sharper. Cancellation Policy
2-Hour Notice Required: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time. This allows us to accommodate other participants and maintain a smooth experience for everyone. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel within 2 hours of the class or do not attend, your class credit will be forfeited. Refund Policy: Refunds are available only within the first week of purchase. If any classes have been attended during this period, the package becomes non-refundable.
